Store terms

These terms apply when using the Lone Star Parts & Supply website, requesting sourcing work, or purchasing a product from an active sales channel. By placing an order or approving paid sourcing work, the customer accepts the terms shown before payment.

Used OEM inventory

Used parts can show normal wear. Product descriptions and actual-item photographs are part of the item information. Included pieces are limited to what is described or visibly shown. Availability can change because many products are one-off items.

Fitment responsibility

Customers must verify the OEM number, connectors, mounting points, side, trim, options, and vehicle compatibility before purchase. VIN and fitment help is provided as practical assistance and is not a substitute for manufacturer or professional verification.

Orders, pricing, and sourcing

Prices, shipping, taxes, and any sourcing fee are disclosed before payment. An order or request may be declined or canceled when an item is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. Any refund due is returned through the original payment channel.

Local delivery reservations

Local deliveries and meetings are scheduled only after the item, route charge, delivery window, and route-reservation deposit are approved. The deposit is applied to the agreed total when delivery is completed. The deposit may be retained when a customer cancels after route departure, does not appear, is unavailable at the confirmed location, or changes their mind about an item that matches the approved photographs, description, and identifiers. It is refunded when Lone Star Parts & Supply cannot complete the delivery or the offered item is materially different from what was approved.

Warranty and returns

Parts include the posted 30-day warranty. Return approval, documentation, and resolution follow the Warranty & Returns policy that is visible before purchase.

Responsible use

Customers may not misuse the website, submit fraudulent information, interfere with store operation, or use store content in a misleading or unlawful way.
