Normal handling time
Most parcel orders are normally inspected, packed, and handed to the carrier within two business days after cleared payment. Weekends, carrier holidays, oversized freight, unusually fragile parts, and orders needing address or fitment clarification can require additional handling time.
Carrier transit time begins after the package is accepted and is separate from handling time. Available services and the total shipping cost are shown before purchase on the active sales channel.
Tracking and shipping protection
Shipped orders include carrier tracking and shipping protection. Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout after shipment. Carrier coverage limits, exclusions, scan timing, and claim requirements vary by service.
If a package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact customer support promptly. We will help document the issue and work through the applicable carrier process. Keep the part, label, box, packing material, and all packaging until the review is complete.
Large and unusual parts
Oversized, freight, glass, body, and unusually fragile parts may require a separate shipping or local-delivery arrangement. Any additional cost or scheduling requirement is disclosed before payment.
Local delivery
Weekend delivery and prearranged meetings are generally available within 10 road miles of Mount Pleasant, Texas. Extended service from 10 to approximately 20 road miles is quoted individually. Delivery area, timing, route charge, and deposit are confirmed before the order is finalized.

Shipping damage or a missing package
Contact us promptly with the order number, tracking information, packaging photos, and part photos. Keep the packaging until the carrier review and support process are complete.
