Standard scheduled delivery or a prearranged meeting is generally available within 10 road miles of Mount Pleasant, Texas. Service from 10 to approximately 20 road miles may be available with an extended route charge based on distance, fuel, time, part size, and the available weekend route.

Weekend windows are the normal delivery schedule. The meeting location and estimated window are confirmed in writing before the route is reserved. This is not a walk-in storefront.

What is approved before a deposit

  • The exact part or sourcing result, including actual photographs and identifiers.
  • Visible condition, included pieces, item price, and fitment information supplied by the buyer.
  • The local route charge, reservation deposit, meeting location, and expected weekend window.

How the route-reservation deposit works

The route-reservation deposit protects the fuel, travel time, and delivery window committed to the customer. It is credited toward the agreed order and delivery total when the handoff is completed.

The deposit may be retained when the customer cancels after the route has begun, does not appear or is unavailable at the confirmed location, or rejects an item due to a change of mind when it matches the approved photographs, description, and identifiers.

The deposit is refunded when Lone Star Parts & Supply cancels the delivery, cannot provide the approved item, or presents an item that is materially different from what the customer approved. A reschedule requested before route departure can usually move to another available weekend without losing the deposit when confirmed in writing.

Before booking

Verify the OEM number, connectors, mounting points, side, vehicle details, and actual-item photographs before reserving delivery. A sourcing deposit and a route-reservation deposit cover different work and are identified separately in the quote.
