30-day coverage for used OEM parts
Parts sold by Lone Star Parts & Supply include a 30-day warranty beginning on the delivery date. If a part is defective or materially different from the description and actual-item photographs, contact us within 30 days so the issue can be reviewed.
How to request support
- Send the order number, OEM part number, and a description of the issue.
- Include clear photographs of the part, labels, connectors, packaging, and any visible shipping damage.
- Wait for return instructions before shipping the part.
After review, the available resolution may be a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. Do not discard, alter, disassemble, or return a part without instructions.
Fitment and installation
Buyers are responsible for confirming the OEM number, connectors, mounting points, side, trim, and vehicle fitment before purchase. The warranty applies to the purchased part and does not include installation labor, diagnostics, towing, downtime, or incidental costs unless agreed in writing.
